Comfortable bed, hotel needs makeover.

Didn't notice the NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST when making the reservation. I've never been to a Days Inn that didn't have it, though. What a surprise in the morning. Two bad small coffees, two bagels and two tubes of cream cheese, about $7.

I could have stayed in a better place and had breakfast for free.

Awful. Scary. Nice lobby but the rest of the hotel is a dump. $5 a day " resort fee" is a joke.

The hotel is In a great location but rooms need renovating. The beds are very comfortable and....that's about it. If you care abut how a hotel room looks this is not the place to stay. it didnt bother me because all i need is a good bed, which thankfully was provided. The walls were thin. Either the people in the room next to me were really loud or the walls were thin. The carpet was really old looking and the tub had the outline of the bath mat that wasn't there. I mean it's a classic you get what you pay for. I didn't pay much (thanks to Expedia) so I wasn't bothered. But if you are one of those people who nit pick at what's wrong with your room this isn't the place to go.

I recently stayed several days at this hotel. The customer service at check-in was terrible and took forever. You could easily tell that the employees here hate their jobs. I go to my non-smoking room, open the door, and the room smells like a dirty ash tray. The first thing I do when I get to any hotel room is spray the whole room down with anti-bacteria spray, I could tell this room was going to need it. As I am going around the room spraying, I started noticing roaches....everywhere. I moved the tray with the coffee maker, and two roaches come running out. I sprayed the TV remote, and another roach came running out from behind the phone. I go into the bathroom and there are three big roaches on the floor. Anytime I got up during the night to use the bathroom, the bathroom would have roaches everywhere....and the little buggers run fast so their hard to catch. No wonder there's so many roaches. There was a huge space under the door and another big hole by the AC unit. Seriously, a mouse could enter through the hole in the door. The room comes with no shampoo and conditioner, even though they clearly show a shampoo and conditioner bottle on their photos. WIFI at the hotel is super slow and doesn't work most of the time. Pizza guys shove flyers in the doors at all hours of the night, maid's make a lot of noise in the mornings and don't understand what "do not disturb" means. One day they took all my towels and didn't put any clean towels in my room. The only good thing about this hotel is it's location.....that's it. I would have checked out the first night and got a refund, but I got a "special rate" and the hotel wouldn't refund me.
