The clerks were great when I checked in, the resort was great for the price. My children Loved it. The pool was great, the rooms were very clean, Very nice kitchen, living room, laundry room. I loved it. Plan to stay there next year.

I stayed at this resort for three weeks and this is the best resort I've stayed in Orlando.The neighborhood isn't as bad as people make it out to be.The rooms were very clean and very spacious; we had brand new Tupperware and brand new flat screen television. Overall, I would recommend this resort for families on a budget..

Rather than crowding into a smalll suite with one bathroom opted to stay in this roomy condo. Extremely clean, well stocked kitchen,2 bedroom, 2bath , 3 tvs, washer and dryer and found the experience very comfotable. Extrordinary value..Travelled with adult daughter,2 grandchildren ages 6 and 9..Industrial seedy part of town with warehouses ;
bodega type supermarkets However 24 hr security on grounds. Never felt frightened.
Easy ride over to UNIVERSAL..

Not bad rooms, minus the two unidentified bugs crawling across my damn bed in the first night of sleeping there, today is my first morning and there is absoluetly nothing to do. I am very disapointed in this place and could not be payed to come back. Our time share through Westgate Resorts has completely decieved us by giving us a great place the previous year and now putting us here. I am seriously considering leaving my westgate timeshare behind with this sub par resort. I have many buddies who have asked me how I have ejoyed my westgate timeshare, until now i had recommended it. Upon my arrival home I will make sure to tell them i was mislead, and apologize for advising them to look into westgate resorts.
