Chose this hotel b/c it offers 2 bedroom/bathroom suites at a very reasonable price ($121 total/night) and about 12 miles from the airport. Front desk very personable and helpful. Found the bedding to be very comfortable and most things were clean. I'm only giving it a rating of 4 b/c there was a vent in the shower ceiling that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years (lots of dust accumulation) although everything else in the room was very clean. Also the kitchen sink didn't want to drain. When I called the desk they wanted to send someone right up but since we were getting ready to leave I told them to wait. I shouldn't have to call a 'dust' issue to their attention but it was in the ceiling and probably not noticed by the staff.
They offer drink specials and appetizers on Tues, Weds, Thursdays (free wine/beer and food).
There is a nice pool, very small hot tub and children's pool.
Lots of restaurants nearby. We ate at the Kobe Steakhouse and highly recommend it.
The breakfast at the hotel is hot which includes scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, danishes/breads, etc etc.
Check it out, especially if you have a family. It worked perfect for us and our grown children who were visiting.

We are just back from a family holiday in Orlando. We spent the first 5 nights in the Disney park, then moved to the Staybridge for the last 5. Our 2 bedroom suite was perfect for 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 children...having a full fridge and stove was lovely after a week of eating out. Staff was very helpful, breakfast was excellent, snacks in the evening an added bonus. Our only complaint was that shuttles to Universal and Seaworld only run once a day, and times are poor...but we took the I-bus to Seaworld ...$1.25 for adults, .25 for seniors, and children free...no complaints from us. We would definitely stay again at the Staybridge.

I selected this hotel for its location and because I needed the extra space of their suites and the convenience of the kitchen. The front desk personnel were very friendly and the check in was fast and painless. The rooms were ok but the furniture and bedding is starting to get bit worn out. The only request I had was a late checkout since we needed the extra sleep after a family New Years celebration the night before. To my surprise they could only extend 1 hr even after I insisted and asked the Mgr reminding her of my platinum ambassador status which I never do.

5th time in Orlando and this was the best hotel Ive stayed in with it's great location, big rooms, good facilities and breakfast. It's ideal if you have young kids especially with civics pizza next door
