This hotel is easily noticeable on i-drive. If you've been before its that big tower that stands at the north of i-drive, on the way up to universal.
All in all a great stay at the four points. The hotel offers discounts in some spots at the universal resort (mainly table service restaurants and a few shops) as well as arranged transport. Bear in mind though, that the buses to the parks stop at other hotels and can take a while to get there. Nor do they run every hour - its a few times in the morning and twice back in the evening... so if you want flexibility, hire a car or hail a cab.
The staff are generally good and the hotel is clean and inviting. Rooms are large and have a huge TV. Bathrooms again are a good size. Rooms have a HUGE TV though they are out of sync with sound which is frustrating. There is a large car park and there is a Dennys, Sweet Tomatoes, Red Lobster and IHop nearby. I couldn't recommend sweet tomatoes enough!
The hotel restaurant is ok, though overpriced for breakfast - we didn't eat there for any other meal and only did breakfast there once.
My only real gripe is that if you get a room with an adjoining room, you can hear EVERYTHING from next door. This does result in a lack of sleep if you have a noisy family next door. Not sure if its just the adjoining ones but ours seemed to have paper thin walls.
Other than that great value, great location for all the parks and a good few perks.
