This was our second trip to this resort. We stayed here last October as well. On this occasion we were accompanied by our son and his girlfriend, they are in their early 20's. All of us enjoyed the stay. The resort was a bit more crowded this time but not overly so. We enjoyed building 50 and requested it again for this stay, which the staff happily obliged.
The only issue we encountered was a boat house employee who was more concerned with power washing the dock than he was in opening the boat house on time. He literally looked at us waiting and then turned away and went on about power washing. He only opened it after we walked away which was 10-15 minutes after the posted opening time. It was the only non-customer service situation we encountered. The rest o the staff was very friendly and helpful! This was fairly minor in the grand scheme of things.

We really love this resort and will be back.

As I mentioned before we like building 50 because it is a short walk to either the main pool or the bayside pool and it always nice to have options. It is also near the entrance and exit which is handy if you have a car and come and go a lot.

We just got back from a week here and it was great! The staff is great and the room was perfect. We stayed in the two bedroom in building 63 and we loved the location. We were a short walk from the pool and we were right beside a play area for the kids. We were 5 minutes from Sea world and 10-15 minutes from Disney. I loved the screened in patio at the room for the kids. I feel bad saying anything bad because everything was so great. Although when we arrived they check in was 45 minutes late and they wouldn't extend our check out by that time. We also found the pull out couch very uncomfortable. We weren't expecting anything to great it is a pull out couch after all but still worth a heads up just in-case. This is a great place to travel with family of all ages!!!!!!

Stay recently on a trip with family in going to Disney. Plenty of room for 5 in a two bedroom villa. Location is excellent for access to I4 and Disney. Resort is clean and quiet. Rooms are a little dated. With going to Disney and off the property, you don't get much opportunity to use the resort amenities with at the parks every day.

We had a lovely week with my husband, mother, and aunt. My mother loved the room so much, she took photos. The villa is very spacious and had everything you could ask for. We even made smoothies every morning with the blender. I liked the screened patio very much. All nicely decorated too.
There is a small convenience store and a take out restaurant with a decent selection that is handy. They have entertainment by the pool. We didn't even take much advantage of the amenities because we were at theme parks every day, but it was nice to know it was there.
The location is handy to Disneyworld, the outlet mall, a drugstore, and a grocery store (try the surprisingly good fried chicken at Publix!)
The place feels very safe and secure, and the room was very clean. No complaints.
