Beautiful and nice staff, perfect location and clean,safe rooms. Wifi access and business center services make a good implementation for businessman.

If you have to stay at this hotel, make sure to get an executive suite in the main building...otherwise, you'll be singing the same tune as the many others that have stayed here and posted their review.

This is NOT the Sheraton, that's for sure! The lobby is nice and the place has potential but needs a serious renovation...and they can start with the Econo Lodge out back that has all these people writing negative reviews!

The executive suite isn't bad...the carpet looked kind of nasty, but the rest of the room seemed clean and smelled OK. There wasn't a fitted sheet on the bed so the flat sheet slipped off during the night and we found ourselves lying directly on the mattress which wasn't very appealing but it was our only complaint about the room.

The customer service is non-exsistant...these people just don't care! They don't care if your room is dirty, if your lock doesn't work, if the ice machine is empty, if they booked the wrong room for you or if they lost your reservation. At least they didn't try to charge us for a bunch of extras...the room cost exactly what they said it would plus tax.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a friend unless they had nowhere else to stay and needed a cheap room near the airport for one night and I will tell them just what said here...make sure to book an Executive Suite or you will be sorry!

When our flight was cancelled we received a voucher to go to the Sheridan. I thought, "how could we go wrong". Evidently this hotel has changed names 4 times in the last couple years. Now they are ripping off Sheraton by stealing the name. They are also ripping off customers. Our room was filthy. We woke up in the middle of the night to a puddle on the floor from air conditioning. Needs updating or better yet condemnation. Read other reviews on Orbitz about this ripoff hotel. I am very dissapointed that US Airways is using this hotel with a voucher.

Well let's start with the check-in. We arrived in the evening around 10:30. They booked the room under the wrong name and instead of the two rooms we reserved for five people, they only had one. The customer service reps at the desk showed no care in the world. They were even bad mouthing customers in front of us. There were about 30 kids running around on the second floor at 11:30 p.m. And even the complaint calls down to the front desk, the hotel did nothing. We were finally put into a room that smelled like paint and we were put on the same floor as the rowdy kids. We complained to the front desk and they offered to put us up in the EconoLodge next door. Which, by the way, is privately owned by the same person that owns the Sheridan. It was so disgusting that there were burn marks on the sheets, the room smelled musty and damp, and the shower didn't work. I'm in the military and the rooms in the barracks are 5 star compared to these rooms. They had to move us to another room. It just felt so disgusting that we didn't even take our shoes off. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone visiting the Orlando area. I hope this helps anyone who plans to booked a room here. Thanks.
