We were originally only supposed to stay at the hotel for a week, but ended up extending our stay as we enjoyed our time there so much. From the moment we checked in, the reception staff were fantastic - they really couldn't do enough for us and were always so friendly and welcoming (Adriana in particular!) The more interaction we had with the rest of the hotel personnel, you could really see that the same positive, helpful approach was encouraged in everyone - a special mention to Luke in the Bar who make us some amazing cocktails and passed on some great tips about the local area! The rooms are a good size and have a fridge and microwave which is great when you want to reheat the boxed up remainder of the huge meals you just cant finish in one sitting! The room was cleaned really well every day - even when we left the room late. The sleep number beds took a bit of getting used to, but we found them fine. The internet in reception worked well (the best PC is on the right hand side!) and printing facilities are free .. again, another really good feature of this hotel. Wifi was great and could always be accessed in the room. There are fresh cookies availiable in reception every evening - I can highly recommend them ... we never made it to dessert when we were out for a meal, so this was a nice treat to end the evening. The swimming pool wasn't heated during our stay which would've been nice, but the hot tub was lovely to sit in and de-stress. The parks were easily accessible from the hotel (the entrance to Disney is literally a 10 minute walk away!) and there are plenty of restaurants (can recommend the Olive Garden, Ale House and Flippers Pizza!) and a good supermarket within walking distance. As mentioned by other reviews, access to the hotel could be improved as it's located on a 3 lane motorway and there is no slipway to enter the hotel from the other side of the road, so you do find yourself performing u-turns. This did not dampen our experience however and was just accepted as one of those things. The only other thing that would've made the experience complete would be if the hotel had spa facilities - a nice relaxing massage at the end of a long day at the parks would be great! From a UK traveller perspective, the car hire facility in the hotel is not a particularly attractive option as its really foccused on the American market (all kinds of insurance are added if you don't have an American licence) so we hired a car from Alamo which was located at the Palace hotel opposite Disney. All in all, a brilliant time was had and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for a couple of days. I was looking for a hotel located near Disney World and Universal Studios since that was the purpose of my family's trip with free transportation to and from those two amusement parks. Room was very clean and beds comfy. Found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to buy our Disney World and Universal Studios passes from them. The concierge called up a hotel taxi that took us to Orlando Premium Outlets at a very good flat rate.

Lots of places to eat around the hotel. Waffle House is in the same parking lot (I don't recommend eating there more than three times though in three days though). Next door is a bunch of restaurants including Red Lobster, a very good Mexican restaurant, a family-run restaurant, McDonald's and Quiznos.

The hotel is situated oddly at one side of the highway but since my group did not drive, it was not an issue. Instead we took advantage of the free shuttles.

We were thoroughly impressed and would go back.

Once again TA contributors came good with well desrved positive feedback for this hotel leading to me booking it for our stay after much research - 4 nights early January with my wife. My request for a quiet room was met and the room size, quality of fit out were excellent for what we paid - ave £60 per night for our stay. Reception staff both charming and helpful - cleaning of rooms excellent - I spilled some red wine in our room one evening and although I got the worst of it out whwn I reported it to reception a housekeeper arrived later that day to do her magic with some cleaning solution which was finished off by machine and the stain gone - an impressive sign to me of staff "caring" about what they do. We like to have dinner out in the evenings ideally within walking distance so we can enjoy wine with our meal - the hotel is adjacent to Crossroads - a shopping mall with a number of restaurants/ diners which was ideal. Downtown is walking distance albeit around 20- 25 mins away. I managed to leave my jeans in a cupboard on checkout ! I emailed the hotel and Charlene (Front Office) promptly responded advising they were with housekeeping and arranged for them to be couriered back to our home address. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone for great value good service, good location for the parks (we also used the shuttle service). Well done to all management and staff for such a well run operation.

Stayed for one night, very clean, staff helpful. Only problem difficulty getting out and back towards the attractions, very busy road. Great location, restaurants nearby-some within walking distance. Would recommend if you dont mind the traffic when trying to exit.
