I stayed here as a solo traveller on Christmas 23-26 2011

I really have to praise the wonderful, excellent staff that work there, they were so caring and ALWAYS happy, to suggest, to help and to point me in the right direction as a female solo stayer, once I checked out of my room they also helped me by allowing me to use the Reception phone to report & complain about the disgusting service I received at a famous Chocolate shop in The Florida Mall beginning with *cough*, *cough* G'

Katie, Sanjay and the lady that cleaned my room you are a credit to the hotel and you all do an excellent job.

The hotel location is quite good, but a little annoying when you've stepped off the i-trolley, have heavy bags from all that shopping, the lovely hot sun's beating on your back and you've got to walk to the hotel from international drive

But if you've got staff like the people above it makes it all worth it. The rooms are very spacious and I enjoyed the little balcony, it's great to throw out the doors, lay on the bed and feel the natural breeze from outside rather that always having the A/C on all the time.

Perfect!! that there are power outlets (that you can plug things into) almost everywhere in the room, without being tied down to using electrical items in one spot in the room!

Not bad/far to collect/drop off a hire car from 2/3 hotels away from the right of this hotel on international drive

If you need a place to stay while going to a convention, this place is great. Keep in mind the Courtyard designation, but still there is a small restaurant on site, and Starbucks. The property as of 2012 is fairly new as I could see it is all ADA compliant and not a property that was renovated, but recently built. It is ideally located off International drive close to plenty of restaurants for all budgets, shops, etc. Even if you are going to Disney, it is just off I-4 putting you withing 15 minutes of many Orlando highlights. Sea World is the cloest. The room was clean, nicely decorated. My room did not have a balcony but some rooms do. Having stayed in the Orlando many times, I think this will be my place of choice for quality, price, and location. There are many more upscale properties but after a while you start looking at your wallet and I think this property provides a nice clean and comforable place to stay at an acceptable price so that I can afford the parks!!!

Stayed here for 4 nights whilst attending a conference at the convention center. I primmarily chose the hotel because of the price, and was really suprised at how good the hotel was for the money.

The hotel is just off International Drive, and actually very quiet. It is an old style building that wraps around a nice pool area, and my room was excellent, a large living room with balcony over pool, a seperate bedroom, and a functional and clean bathroom...in short just what you would expect from a courtyard.

The best part though for me was the location. I was able to walk to and from the convention center, and walk to any number of shops and restaurants from the hotel, which was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and always smiled as i came in and out which made you feel very welcome. I did not eat at the hotel so cannot speak for the food quality.

Overall I would definitely stay here again when next in Orlando

Hotel is located right off International Drive which is nice because I-Drive can be a busy street. It also has a traffic light at the end of the road for easy access on and off I-Drive. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Many Chain Restaurants within a 5 minute walk (Friendlys, TGI Friday, Miller Ale house, Olive Garden, etc). Hotel is about 3 miles from Universal and12 miles or so from Disney. Great location. I-Drive is safe with people walking up and down the street most of the night. Read other reviews that stated noise issues at this hotel. I did not experience any of that during the 3 nights I stayed
