The check in process was excellent, the front desk staff makes you feel welcomed!!!! In a couple of minutes I was checked in and offered all kind of information from the weather to the parks information. I will return for more!!!

We stayed in this hotel on our first ever trip to Disney world and it's difficult to express how impressed we where. We checked in in the early hours of the morning following long delays and the staff made the process as quick and easy as possible. We were offered an escort to our room but choose to settle for the map and directions.

The room was clean and large, it was how ever a little basic with no tea or coffee facilities or a fridge, a shame but no great issue as the resort refillable mug was great value for money. It also occurred to me that it could be the reason for the absence of the affor mentioned lack of items.

The food was typical food court fair and was nice and reasonably priced.

The transport from the hotel was great and all Disney hotels and parks where easily accessible. As we did not have a hire car the concierge made travelling to sea world, universal and discovery cove. Excellent service and a great little touch from the cast.

Everything we expected from a Disney vacation and more, would certainly recommend.

this is by far the best hotels if u have kids or grand kids the deluxe are very nice for us Adults but please if u have children the allstar are the best for the kids ,kids don't care if u pay $100.00 or $400.00 that's what allstar offer u it's all about chidren or grand children not just this allstar sport all the allstar,they got amusement in afternon if u happen to come back early from Park and Movie from 8pm to 10pm free too yes small room but who care u there at 8pm or 9pm just to slepp get early to grab the bus perfect fro your children been there and took my grand children and they love it ,meal is adequate for all,price reasonable plus they pick you up from Airport take care of your extra luggage what do you want for the money go there you will like it.Ray
