We went to check in at this hotel and it was aweful!!!!! We knew they were under renovations and judging by the price we weren't expecting a 4 star hotel. We have stayed in Econolodges and Travelodges even Super 8's so we're not high maintnance. First thing is that our room stunk, than we seen a huge cochroach. (I've worked at hotels and I am well aware of what's behind the scenes, but they could have taken the dead cochroach away). I have 2 kids and didn't want my kids to touch the beds or carpets so we checked out minus a day stay. I imagine that is how they make money. We had noticed a lot of cop cars in the area and thought that it was pretty odd. When we went to get gas from the gas station next door the cashier told us "this is not the type of area you want to be in especially with kids." We asked why and than he proceeded to tell us that this is a "known" drug dealing area. We thanked him for his information and looked for a hotel closer to Disney.

This lodging is definitely for those that plan on simply sleeping there and nothing else. Recently whilst on Christmas stay, even the housekeeping was not available on Christmas day and I simply found out about it upon arriving to my room and reading a note on the eve of such a date.
There was a day when the coffeemaker was not cleaned (coffee still in the pot) and also the "free" breakfast is nothing more than bagels and coffee/tea/juice. The in-room microwave and coffee maker will do just that or better.
The location is great for those that want to go to the parks and otherwise. Dining options around are affordable and various also.

For the price this hotel was a good option. It is well located and the rooms have air conditioning, comfortable beds, hot water, refrigerator, microwave, TV and computer Wi-Fi, and outdoor pool. It is a good option if you want a basic comfortable hotel to sleep and change clothes and do not care about luxuries.

The hotel is pretty close to Disney World, with easy transportation. The rooms were freshly renovated, looked and smelled so clean! The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. The owners are an incredibly friendly and helpful couple, and made our brief stay very pleasant indeed.
