Gold Marriott members and stay exclusively at Marriott properties. When we stay at a Marriott Hotels we expect at best a clean room. We understand properties are aging but this went beyond. The first thing we saw was a soiled couch. I wouldn't expect anyone to sit on it. Then upon entering the bathroom the rim of the toilet was literally black. If it wasn't that we were here for just one night and flying out the next day I would have booked another hotel, probably a Marriott but not this one. Even went as far as to clean the dishes before our ordered out food came and was totally appalled to find a used sponge underneath the sink. RU kidding! We're not complainers but this takes the cake! Not happy at all. Let the hotel know via guest comments... hope it helps.

We had an evening flight and wanted to stay near the airport. We had a very friendly greeting, were given exactly the type of room we wanted, and had a fun breakfast. The breakfast attendant was not only an excellent cook (yes she cooked, not just reheated) and had fun helping people decorate waffles. Everything was clean and neat, and the new lobby facility is outstanding, including a business library area with comfy furniture for small business meetings.

I used my husband’s points to get a suite for us at Residence Inn by Orlando airport. The suite worked out for the whole family: us, two kids and the grandma. The front desk was very prompt and friendly.
The room was very clean but I did notice some wearing marks on the leather sofa. One TV in a two queen sized beds bedroom for kids and another one in the living room for adults. Full size frig and the whole set of stuff for cooking. We also noticed the complimentary breakfast had more choices than other Residence inns we stayed before.
We have asked the shuttle to airport. The front desk has suggested a time for us. By the time we walked out the elevator, the drive greeted us right there and helped us with the luggage. We loved it.

I stayed one night before flying out of Orlando and was very pleased with the hotel and my stay. This Residence Inn was a good model of the quality of that brand. The evening reception was well stocked with good variety and the morning breakfast actually had better variety and quality than most Residence Inns. The 2-room suite was clean and modern, and other than hearing planes during the night, provided a good sleep environment.

They had two free computers, but the connection speed was very slow.

I would stay here again.
