My business trip to Orlando was made terrific due to the seemingly effortless kindness of the onsite concierge Elaine Driscoll. Beyond the traditional smile and restaurant reservations where her sincere kindness and above and beyond efforts on behalf of myself and employees. Elaine is a true gift to each guest who stays at the Westin Imagine.

The housekeeping team was also top notch. Friendly and thorough.
Kyle and Janelle were great in the bar. Excellent service from both of them all the time!!
The bar/restaurant has its problems though. It's too small for a hotel of this size. Management needs to step up during busy times...clearing dishes, taking drink orders , especially on the patio and poolside.

I just wanted to thank immensely Wayne & Brandon (Valet) at the Westin Imagine Orlando!! As well as the concierge Elaine too!! For my purposes, during our stay there in late January 2012, the three (003) of them especially, among the other staff as well, made my job so much easier. With their help, way beyond any normal expectations of a guest, I was able to do everything and more expected of me in my position/role during the FETC conference!! I am positive I could/would never be able to find the extent of service that I/we have always received at the Westin Imagine Orlando over the past three years of staying there. I thank you, Wayne, Brandon & Elaine, so much for everything you all did - along with everybody else that was there and helped us make our stay so extremely smooth and perfect!! Thank you again and again!! And, we will all see you again come next January/early February 2013!!

My new bride and I stayed at The westin Imagine Orlando after our nuptials and the room was decorated with rose pedals from the door to the bed and had a heart shaped out of the rose pedals and had chocolate covered strawberries for us.
Everything was so wonderful. We had a nice view and the room was set up just as i hoped. I would like to give a vey special thanks to Ms. Elaine Driscoll, she called and emailed to make sure everything was perfect, again thank you so much for help make our special day all the more enjoyable.
