When we arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning, we had to stand outside in a bad neighborhood. The hotel was booked on-line and there was a big screw up with it. When we got into the room, there was no refrigerator or microwave which we had requested. After spending a few hours there, we left for another hotel. Will not go back.

In Town for a concert at the Amway Center then onto Kennedy Space Center in the morning for the Shuttle Launch. The room was very clean and comfortable, the woman at the front desk was wonderful in so many ways. This was not within walking distance to downtown, but just a 5.00 cab ride. The area a few blocks away did not appear to be the best, but at no point did I ever feel insure, the hotel is fenced and the building is locked secure. I would definetly stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here in December 2010, to visit the attractions, but didn't want to be right there with all the attractions, due to the shear noise from such places. This place is clean, the property looks great, and the staff was very personable. It's a little further away from the attractions, yet still close enough to the attractions. It is close to downtown Orlando, and other great areas of Orlando, besides the main attractions (Disney, Universal, etc.) My husband and I really enjoyed our stay, and the next time we come down for a visit we'll be sure to stay here again!

We booked two days at this hotel, it's quite, comfortable, and clean. The outside looks a bit iffy, but the inside is very nice, and the rooms prove to be quiet and comfortable. The internet works great, the staff is helpful, and prompt. It's close to the airport, the gates coming in and out are a bit tricky, but the surrounding area was good. The hotel was overall very good, I would tell the housekeepers to keep up on that dusting, as the room was clean where you could see immediately when walking in, but if you have allergies, the dust could be a problem.
