Don't expect luxury but the room was clean and it was close to everything. Two negatives- the tv got only a few channels and housekeeping was clueless. Towels were hardly refilled.

This hotel is old and dirty. It tarnishes the brand Quality Inn. The carpet was so dirty, don't walk on bare feet. The room had no hair dryer, and they hardly refill on towels, and toilet papaer. The breakfast was very limited, just eggs, meat, buiscuit, bread, cereal, thats it. No refill on fruit, refill on others were very ineffecient. Only 4 tables were indoors, rest were outdoors, which ends up tables being wet all the time.

I only stayed here for free, on points. If I had to pay full price, I'd be dissappointed. I will not stay here again, if I had to pay...

Absolutely disgusting!!! Bed bugs, bad customer service, very unclean, and plain disgusting!!!! Never again would I stay there even if it was free! Don't waste your money!!!!!!!!

I booked this for two nights in January 2012. We had a party of three families and had booked three rooms. when we arrived they gave us three rooms no where near each other although when we booked we had requested this. when we were trying to book in the guy at the counter seemed very confused and was very rude. while we were standing there a guy came down and threw a bug at the worker advising that there were bed bugs in his room and the worker just looked at him and told him to wait and he would help him later!!!

When we finally did sign in it was only because it was too late to find another place to stay. One of us the door didnt' even lock and therefore had to go to another room. My room had stained sheets, pubic hairs in and around the sink, and was just plain dirty. When i asked to be moved to another room the worker stated he wouldn't do it. When we asked him if he couldn't or wouldn't he stated he wouldn't! The male manager heard this and asked him what our problem was and when he told the manager he was told (within our earshot) not to move us!

We didnt' sleep at all that night because my kids were crying and i was disgusted with this. When i told the male worker if he didn't move us to another room i would leave he told me to "go ahead i will still bill you for tonight".

We left the next day after being awake all night long afraid to sleep because of it being so dirty. three of our friends also left as they were disgusted as well. i will never ever stay there again even if they offered me a free room! Absolutely disgusting and horrible customer service with the male worker (tall skinny with spikey black hair!). Absolutely absolutely disgusting. Can't believe they are still open!!!!
