Having booked to stay, I started to get anxious when there seemed to be a run of negative reviews on here. On arrival check in was nice and easy. We were in the building over the pub, which some people had been unhappy with so I was very nervous on entering our room. However, it was clean, spacious and well equipped with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, comfortable furnishings, 3 TVs, well equipped kitchen and nice balcony - and we did have a view of the fireworks.
The children loved the pool and it was nice having some shops next door that you could walk to. Huge walmart just down the road and a very easy drive into Disneyworld- literally 5 minutes. Universal a little longer but not a problem.
We had a great time here - we had stayed at Vista Cay the previous year which personally I preferred, although the children preferred staying here.

We loved this place!! The only thing we didn't like about it, is we were unable to walk anywheres, we could see Super walmart but were unable to walk there, we didn't want to dodge a 4 lane hwy (we did not rent a vehicle)
We had gotten an awesome rate, the place was super clean, loved that there was washer/dryer in room. Loved having Cabana bar, went to outlets right beside a few times, they were ok, not too many stores, but could have been worse.
We would stay again but we are not finding as good of rate as before so we are opting to stay somewhere else next time, the rate and not be able to walk anywheres are the only thing holding us back from not rebooking. Would totally recommend this place.

We had a nice two day stay at the LBV Resort. Great location rooms were nice. Would love to stay here again.

For the same price as a hotel room, we got private bedrooms (2), full kitchen, two full bathrooms, living room, dining room, balcony, 2 pools to choose from, a convenience store/grocery store in the complex, beautiful work out room, pub restaurant, etc.

The staff is top notch; the grounds are gorgeous - everything is accessible - no stress.

Located perfectly for a very short drive to Disney Parks, Universal Studios, or if you want to venture to ocean beaches or Tampa.

If you're not driving, complimentary shuttles are available.
