We stayed here one night prior to flying from MCO after a week spent in the theme parks. We found it to be very good overall. Breakfast is standard HI Express fare. The pool is outdoors and appears to be unheated.

I was quiet, even with planes flying by all the time.

Hint - when going to the airport from this property skip the expressway ($1.00 toll charge for one exit) and stay on the surface streets. The staff can direct you.

I have chosen Holiday Inn Express as my preferred hotel chain. No matter which one I stay at the service remains the same - great! Upon landing at the airport I called the front desk for pick up. Within 15 mins our driver was at the scheduled pick up point to put our luggage in the van. The driver was a attentive and polite. Upon entering the hotel we were greeted by the clerk. Check in was fast and accurate. The room I had chosen was clean and quite. Being close to the airport we were worried about noise, but that wasn't the case. The breakfast bar was continuously being stocked by a very attentive staff member. With all the choices of places to stay in Orlando, my family and I were happy to have stayed here.

I chose this hotel because of location only. I've stayed in Holiday Inn's before and they were clean and very nice. This one is not. Don't use the coffee makers,.They are dirty and moldy. I asked for a replacement thinking it was an error and after 1 hour I was given another coffee maker with the same filth. The same goes for the ice bucket.... loaded with mold also. Our tub had not been washed! The lamp had stains all over the shade. For over $100.00 for a room, it's certainly not worth it. And yes, I did check for creepy crawlies under the sheets... there were none that I saw. But I did sleep on top of the covers. I could post all the pictures of the filth but telling you to made aware I feel is enough. Oh yes, I did not touch the breakfast as I already knew how they cleaned the rooms and what detail they gave them, I hardly wanted to eat food prepared in their kitchen.

Less than 2 miles from the airport, but the you could hear people in the other rooms and hallways. Clean and friendly people.
