My mother and I stayed one night at this hotel, checkout is at noon and at 9:50am my mother drove to me a doctor's appointment (cancer treatment) less than 5 minutes away. As we arrived at the office I realized I had forgotten my purse on the dresser next to the tv. When my mother returned to the room the housekeepers were already in the room preparing it for the next victim and my purse was no where to be found. She contacted the manager, Chris Custin, and was told he could not "accuse" ask her directly if she'd seen my purse because it would be placing the guilt on her and she could sue the chain. Well, I lost my drivers license, social security card, 199.00 in cash and a piece of my precious deceased son's locks (hair) in a small clear plastic pouch. I then spoke to the manager and was told basically the same thing, he could not question the housekeeper assigned to the room. All is asked was for my purse minus the cash be returned. Whomever took my purse could keep the cash. The privacy card was on the door, checkout wasn't for another 2 hours nor had we notified anyone of a checkout. WHY WAS OUR ROOM BEING MADE OVER WHEN WE HAD 2 HOUR LEGALLY REMAINING!! PLEASE IF YOU STAY HERE PROTECT YOUR VALUABLES AND ASK NOT TO BE ASSIGNED THE HOUSEKEEPER THAT CLEANED ROOM 220 ON FRIDAY, MARCH 4 2011. Oh, and without my drivers license to identify myself I could not get the first round of chemo for breast cancer.

There was a shuttle to Epcot and the other parks - didn't even notice we were not right in Disney

“Worst hotel I've ever stayed in !!!!”

I don't usually leave reviews, but felt I had to this time. The room was dirty and had a moldy, musty smell to it. The towels were so dirty, I had to go to the store to buy new ones to use. We got a room that was overall DISGUSTING. I would never stay at any of the choice hotels chains ever again because of this experience. You don't want to start your vacation at this place.

“Disgusting, disgusting, disgusting!”

Not only did the room I was first given have food that was left in the hotel fridge for over a week, but there was dried feces in the toilet. Throughout the week the rooms we had rented were never given clean towels, trash was left tied in the bag in the trash can, cigarette and other stains on the beds, as well ripped wallpaper. In addition, we had the luxury of staying with bugs (cockroaches) the entire stay. The pool area was never cleaned (a dirty sock stayed out there for the whole week). Anytime anyone brought up the condition of the hotel both guest services and the manager gave you lip service. After the stay I attempted to contact the hotel for some sort of compensation and they didnt return my request for over 3 weeks after I contacted their corporate office.

Stay away...despite the fact that it is cheap it is worthless!!!!!

I used my points to stay here so I really can't (well, shouldn't) complain, but the bathroom was a disaster. Totally out of date, the tub had stains in it, the shower sprayer was old and didn't work all that well, there was a ton of mold on the ceiling, the wallpaper was peeling and when I reached for my bath towel, there was a hole in the middle of it! The towels were two different colours, and the "grey" ones had a curious smell about them.
Breakfast was just ok. 2 x cereals and a waffle station that was occupied the entire time by a gaggle of guests who didn't appear to have ever worked one before. This hotel caters to a budget minded crowd.....
I didn't use the pool or the excersise room (if there was one).
