I stayed at Eurotel Jan 2012, and I can tell without a shadow of a doubt, and with full professional understanding, that No Matter what anyone has said, this is an EXCELENT hotel, and I would recommend this to all Coaches, Teams, and Organizations, that want a great deal, with an outstanding environment.

The newly remolded facility has a wonderful feel and the continental breakfast was top notch. The service from all levels of staff was extremely professional, pleasant, and respectful. When I need to find out some information about a local event, they did not hesitate to look it up for me on their pc, and also make some good recommendation for activities for the team.

If you are a team that needs a great hotel deal for the money, and an excellent environment, this is the place to be (Eurotel). As a coach, I can tell you that when you look for somewhere to house your players, you want to make sure the place is clean, (no bugs), adequate supplies, respectful, organized, friendly, and very helpful.

THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST DEAL ON LEE RD, AND IF YOU DON'T STOP BY TO TAKE A LOOK, BEFORE YOU TAKE SOMESONES ADVICE, YOU WILL BE DOING YOURSELF A DISSERVICE.

Very, very busy. Staff was polite and curtious. Great value at $55 as opposed to other hotels/motels for that price.

A male houseman walked in on me naked even though I said there was someone in the room at 6PM at NIGHT!!! Staff was VERY disrespectful and EXTREMELY unorganized, received no apology or compensation. TERRIBLE service, the same night I went out to eat dinner and come back to find my hotel door wide open. Front desk staff was unhelpful, and unsympathetic. Spoke to the GM, who gave me the same response and no help at all. I understand "you get what you pay for" but there is a fine line where this kind of service should never be received. I have had better treatment in Motel 6 than this place!!! Would NEVER recommend to anyone. and yes....this IS a complaint!!
