This is an inexpensive extended stay place. It is not a full service hotel or a luxury suite and people reviewing don't seem to understand that. It has a refrigerator, microwave, a bed , the room is comfortable and clean. The area around the hotel is safe and there are no "characters" hanging out. There are sometimes people waiting to check in. It does not have a real lobby just a place to check in.

I did not have any problems at this hotel although I do think they ought to get softer mattresses since they are pretty stiff and springy.

this place is TERRIBLE!!!!!! I stayed for a week and it was the worse week of my life. the hotel is just gross and the service is ridiculous!!! I work late at night and when i got back to my hotel room the key didnt work, I went to the front desk and SUPRISE there was no one to be found at 4am in the morning. I tried calling the hotel then i got a message saying "we are sorry we missed your call please leave a message" on their web site it says 24 HOUR Onsite Management... Well where are they???? I had to then go speand more MONEY to stay at another hotel until morning when someone would show up.

I have stayed in thousands of hotels. This tops it as the worst. I was scared to take my shoes off. Smelled like mold. It was delapidated at best.
Filthy . The true defination of a roach motel!!! Never again!

Stayed here for UCF family weekend. First room we got was small, one bed (3 people), and smelled horrible. It was filthy! The second room was bigger, but still dirty. One of the windows glass is cracked and they put tape on it as a quick fix. You could easily break into this room. The beds are disgusting from dirty, nasty comforters to dirty sheets. I went out and had to buy some blankets. The bathroom was disgusting and the towels are so old. If very hotel wasn't booked we would have left. Yuck!
