In reference to " Good but not brilliant" this Hotel is a Time-Share not a hotel. When we stay
here it is great. We like it because we just know where to go and get food at Publix, by just
hoping on the the trolley bus to go to Publix. If we want to go Disney, we go across the street
and hop on the Lynx 50 bus to go to Disney and if we want to go shopping at Target ot Walmart we take the Lynx 50 bus to disney ticket and transportation and get off the bus and
transfer to a Lynx 56 bus and ride it to Kissimmee and get off when you see the Target store
or the Walmart store. We come down once a year from Winnipeg, MB., Canada

Well executed and maintained property by Hilton. The pool area is clean and well landscaped with mood setting waterfalls and fountains. The onsite restaurant and bar are limited in offering but very adequate and decent value. The rooms are clean and the suites have full kitchens and dining areas that will make dining in far from tedious. The balconies are a plus and the 2 bedroom units have 2 independent ones, so you can share a room with another couple and still have moments of solitude.
They even have a decent size theater (50 seats or so) to entertain the kids in the evening. The views vary greatly so if that's important ask early. Some ground units face the parking lot or utility areas and make the units too dark, many of the higher units have golf course or pond units that are quite nice and will make a big difference in your impression, we got a fifth floor unit near the tennis courts and had the afternoon sun. Lastly, Seaworld is only a 10 minute walk to the maingate as the corner of their parking lot is across the street, so an excellent position to enjoy the park for a couple days.

I liked this hotel but I did not fall in love with it. It has so many plus points but also there are a good few negatives. Pool area was brilliant and perfect for a family. The location was spot on, a few mins away from sea world and beside the i-trolley. The food was not the best, and the rooms where nice. The thing that drove me crazy was the timeshare element. You get discounts if you go to the meetings, but advised don't go - it will drive you nuts. I would stay in this hotel if I had kids but not again as a single couple. If they made a few little improvements this could be a GREAT hotel !!!!!

Normally I would hesitate to get anywhere near International Drive, even in the off-season, but this property seems to have just-the-right location. Despite the difficulty of getting back on the I-4 eastbound, it's still easy enough to get around.

For those that enjoy staying in and preparing their own meals, the property is near a couple of national-chain super markets and the in-room, full kitchen allows for plenty leeway in preparing meals. The larger, single bedroom accommodations offers ample room to lounge around. A screened balcony allows for smokers to enjoy the property's facilities without breaking any rules (or paying for them) and keeps the pests away, so anyone can enjoy and have a seat.

Inside the bedroom, the whirlpool tub fits two, with much space to spare, is very well kept and cleaned and adequately creates a mountain of bubbles (with the right product). The bathroom is also very well kept and spacious with his and her sinks and a shower, which didn't get much use (GO bubble baths!).

The staff at the property were very helpful, although with little to go wrong, there's little need for further assistance beyond check-in. All in all, the property is highly recommended for off-season travel. I couldn't say about peak-season, but I would imagine it to be just as well, with a little more traffic.
