The property is a typical Embassy Suites with connecting bedroom and sitting area. My suite featured a microwave and refrigerator in the sitting area and had an extra sink area in the bedroom which would have made dressing in the morning easier if I had been traveling with a companion.

While the property was typical, the staff was anything but average. Without exception, every team member on the property I encountered, from the van drivers to the front desk clerks, to the wait staff at the bar was eager to assist and seemed to truly enjoy their role at the hotel. At a rate of $134/per night including round trip transports to and from the airport, made to order breakfast and evening beer and wine, I will be back at this property again for the next meeting I have in Orlando.

We stayed at this hotel based on needing an airport location.The location is also close to the attractions which is an added bonus. It is a typical Embassy Suites, with the big atrium in the center along with the full breakfast and "manager's reception" at night which adds a nice touch. The breakfast was excellent.
Staff throughout the facility was friendly, as in EVERYONE, everywhere. Front desk, breakfast cook, bartender, servers, everyone. This adds a lot of appeal and makes it easy to recommend.
One other comment: The Free shuttle to the airport wasn't in service for our super early departure, but they provided a free ride to the airport anyway via a neighbor hotel shuttle, or would have paid for a taxi for us since free shuttle is supposed to be offered. Good service!

This hotel is a perfect if you need to stay close to the airport. The rooms are modern and clean. The manager's happy hour is an excellent bonus and the breakfast bar is amazing. There are many restaurants within walking distance or just a short drive a way, but the hotel resaurant does make excellent pizza. I wish we would have had time to use the fitness centre, as the equipment is very good and has enough choice for your workout.

The only drawback, as with most airport hotels is that people come and go at all hours. That means that you can hear the middle of the night and very early morning showers and/or slamming of doors, especially if you are a light sleeper.

I spent seventeen nights here for business in late November and December. The hotel property is very clean and well kept. The front desk employees are very friendly and very willing to help with any issues. I had a plumbing issue that was very quickly corrected and they even left a basket of candy bars and chips for my troubles. Can't ask for more than that. Breakfast food was very good and the evening reception was very nice. Everyone our group had interaction with was friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel. My only concern was that during the current double points HHonors promotion, this hotel chooses not to participate. I don't understand why ANY Hilton property would make that choice? It's a company-wide promotion, why would you NOT participate? Had I realized this when I booked our group of seven I would have chosen another Hilton property.
