My family and I stayed in one of the "Family suites" recently. These rooms truly are a value, as they have a set of bunk beds with tv partitioned off from the main room. My daughter loved it, and the room was very clean, although housekeeping would often not come until late in the afternoon.
The hotel was recently renovated, and it is a beautiful, modern facility. I feel, however, that the facelift was in many ways cosmetic only. The air conditioning unit in this room was the loudest I have ever experienced. It was like a jet engine starting up whenever it cycled on. You had to yell to talk to each other, and forget about watching tv when the air was on. It got to the point where we only used it when the room became uncomfortably warm. I don't know what we would have done if it were the middle of summer.
The hotel is also very noisy. I do not mean guest noise- more of an ambient noise that is constant....lots of beeping, fans turning on, and alarms. We joked that it was almost like staying in a hospital ICU.
There is a continental breakfast, but I didn't take advantage of it after we had a moldy biscuit our first morning.
Overall, it was a good stay. Stacey at the front desk was one of the most helpful people I have encountered at any hotel. We would definitely stay again, and hopefully some of the kinks will have been resolved.

The family suites you mention have received excellent feedback, especially about the Sony PS3 gaming system and the bunk beds in the kid’s area of every one of these suites. For those guests who choose a standard room, whirlpool suite or 1 bedroom suite, we also have four PS3’s and also an Xbox 360 Kinect in the complimentary game room. We thank you for your review of our beautiful newly renovated hotel.
