We stayed in this hotel January 2012 during the Disney Marathon. The hotel is a bit dated and cleanliness is average. We reserved a patio suite thinking it would be calm as we needed to wake up at 3am for the Marathon start... Unfortunately, a GROUP reserved the room beside ours as an after-hour business meeting gathering/party that ended after midnight each night... We called reception and they told us they reserved it for that purpose and there was nothing they could do about it... On top of the fact that we were misinformed on numerous occasions about shuttles to Disney... They told us when we booked that they add shuttles to bring us there for our starting time of 5:30 am.... When we checked-in they said the shuttles only started at 8am !.... After two days, we talked to the manager who was very nice and professional, but two sleepless nights and the shuttle situation; we decided to change hotels.... On top of that they wanted to charge us a night's penalty for leaving early... Fortunately, common sense prevailed, but only because of the manager.... Great manager that works in a bad hotel.

The hotel was wonderful, my daughter and I were just able to stay for one night; but, when it was time to check out she looked at me and said, "can't we stay for just one more night?". Everything was great, very clean, staff was very welcoming, rooms were very spacious, and right in the Downtown Disney Marketplace area.

We had a suite with two double beds, living room with a pull out sofa, and small kitchen area. The carpet looked very worn out. The double beds were fine, but the pull out sofa was horrible. You could feel the springs, the sheets were extremely itchy or was it bed bugs? The hallway was very noisy during the middle of the night. We only stayed one night.
Our (female) server at breakfast was unfriendly. We had 3 Continental breakfasts, but I later realized we were charged for 2 Continental and 1 Breakfast buffet. No one at our table ate anything except croissants, milk and one cereal.
The valets were all very friendly and helpful - at all times.

Much nicer than the normal Orlando experience. Hilton goes the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. We walked away commenting on the quietness and how well we slept. The breakfast was very enjoyable as well.
