Upon entering the hotel the lobby area near front desk was clean while checking into hotel. after checkin I entered the hotel and I noticed the the carpeting was very dirty. after exiting the elevator I noticed a pathway of deeply ingraned dirt from one end of the hallway to the other. it looked as thought the carpet was not clean for months. I could not believe that management did not notice this at all. I wore flip flops while in room during my stay. This hotel can do better than this (they were looking cheap). no pimps yet. :)

We got a AAA discount for a rate of $60 a night. The beds were clean and comfy. The bathroom was clean as well. Lots of hot water. The breakfast was as advertised. Try to go extra early or right before it ends to avoid the rush. We never tried the pool as it was closed for a special event. We drove to the parks each day so never used the shuttle service. The staff was always very friendly wishing us a good day and welcoming us back. The people staying there were also quite friendly. I will stay there again.

Considering that we paid $72/night +whatever tax during the last week of December (peak season), and only stayed 2 nights, this place was completely adequate and served our purpose of finding a smoke-less bug-less place to stay close to Disney. (Everywhere else we looked that I would remotely consider staying at was over $100/night.) The room and the bathroom were fine, and the cold breakfast was also fine. They had cereal (2 types, one sweet and one regular), milk, juice, bread, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, pastries. My biggest gripe was that the hallway smelled (I think like a bad cleaning product or something), but it didn't permeate our room, so it was tolerable.

Very good location, at 15' of all parks, confortable and cleaning rooms, good breakfast included and free parking.
Excellent relation price/quality.
