Great place to stay for a night. Close to the airport, yet you do not hear the planes. Very accommodating, friendly staff and service. Free breakfast was great. Rooms even greater. Roomy, modern, you even find toothpaste in the room.

We came in late from the west coast, quick to get there. Free parking.

Whatever I needed, even a glass of milk at midnight, the whole staff was great!
Brandon went the extra mile! At the last second I needed to make adjustments to have an interview in the lobby. He allowed me to have a private meeting space and even brought us drinks and mints. Very thoughtful staff.
The "bar" has great food and its so small you dont have to dress up if you just want to grab something and go back to your room. Good prices too.
...There was also a very nice, helpful young lady who took me to the airport Friday Jan, 6th. (I never got her name but she has a 5year old little girl and a 1year old little boy.) I forgot to tip her as I got out of the shuttle and I'm sick about it. I will have to get her next time :")

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt Place in Orlando prior to going on a cruise. The hotel is close to the airport, yet far enough that you do not hear the planes. The room we stayed at was very clean and roomy. Their beds and pillows were very very comfortable and the sheets were very nice. They offer free breakfast every morning and unlike other hotels, they offer MORE than yogurt, baked goods, and fruit. They have breakfast sandwiches with egg and ham, oatmeal, and a variety of juices. Check-in/out is done via a kiosk in the lobby, but there's always a front desk person to help you if you need it.

Hyatt Place has added new exciting stuff to their breakfast menu. (about time). The first day of our stay, we had their "continental breakfast". We're no strangers to Hyatt so we knew it consisted of bagels, breads, juices and yogurt, but if you needed eggs, bacon, potatoes, you could purchase them (too expensive for our budget). Mid morning, we had to go out looking for food cause it did nothing for us. The next day we decided we would get something more substantial. On our way down to breakfast...BAM!! We were greeted by the most delicious looking breakfast spread...egg/cheese/bacon on a bagel, Egg/ham on a biscuit, freshly made waffles with fruit toppings. WOW. They outdid themselves. Just when I was about to write a review about their "continental breakfast" (or lack thereof) they came out with suprisingly new menu that beats anywhere else we had every stayed with free breakfast. Congratulations Hyatt!!! You have won my loyalty. My husband prefers another hotel chain, but now, I'll have one more reason to convince him to chose Hyatt. By the way, their staff is awesome too!!
