we are giving this hotel 1 star which is been generous, where do i start. The room was dirty, we had cobwebs and a spider. The shower didnt work right, there was no view from the room, the bar or anywhere in the hotel. dont be mislead by the photos in the brochure. To get food out or take back to your room was appauling we went down to get a pizza from the dinning room for which we paid $25 which was the worst pizza we have ever had. While we were waiting for our pizza there were two other people with children one who was waiting just for ice cream for here children she had been waiting 30 minutes, the other person had been waiting for a curry for 45 minutes, this was a joke to wait this long for food. NEVER AGAIN

Travelled here with my family, huge Harry Potter fans...liked the early access..NO CROWD!! Got to ride and shop before the rush of people...really appreciated the express line option for the rest of the 2 parks...well worth the extra cost..the hotel room was quite nice but nothing special...the restaurants were a little pricey with not much selection at the breakfast...all in all, a great family vacation and I will recommend it to my family and friends

A great hotel. Located in a quiet area but within walking distance form Orlando Walks, boat connection available for the residens (until 2.30am!) very convenient. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms are average size but big enough! Bathrooms are ok but could be refreshed, but overall really good. Nice big pool that opens at 8am. The ambiance of the hotel is amazing, decor, smell, plants all take you to the orient.

Great hotel next to Universal studios, great transport options, the grounds of the hotel are stunning. Food places are reasonably priced and service always comes with a smile.

But the highlight of this hotel would be the early entry and front of line access to both Universal and IOA theme parks.

Worth the extra money.
