This hotel had comfortable beds, and plenty of space in the suite. However, if you are looking for super plush, this hotel may not be quite what you are looking for. The bathtub was a little dated; it had jets that worked well. The room was reasonably clean. The pool area was large and inviting. One of the best things about the hotel, in my opinion, was the curbside airline check-in luggage service so you did not have to worry about dragging your suitcase to the airport.

My wife and I just stayed at the Rosen Centre. It is a very nice 4 star property. However, I was disappointed to find that valet parking was $20.00 a day, and to self-park was $13.00 a day. They also charge $10.00 a day for use of the fitness center. Also, internet access will cost you as well.

The hotel is very nice, and I do recommend it. It just seems to me that at a 4 star hotel, you should be able to get valet parking and use of the fitness center without having to pay even more. And I can't believe that in today's world we still have hotels that charge extra for internet.

I realize that including these things would probably require prices to be higher, but can't they figure out a way to have the "experience" of visiting their hotel be one that is above and beyond the rest?

It would be really nice to arrive at the front door, and have your car taken care of, and know that you won't see $20.00 tacked on each day for the privilege. You should be able to go to your room and connect online, and not have to pay another add on fee. Then, go downstairs and work out for a while without paying yet again.

Ah, maybe I'm just living in a dream world.... or perhaps I should just go back to the 3 star hotel I usually stay at, where all that (minus valet, but parking is free) is included. Oh - and they serve you a free breakfast there too.

Every three or four months my wife, two children and I stay in the Orlando area because of the shopping selection. We live about 45 min away and typically stay over a weekend to get the kids clothes and stuff. This is a nice hotel, very clean, good staff and right next to the convention center. If I were attending an event there this is where i'd stay hands down. The hotels sheer size and super lengthy hallways made it difficult for the family logistically. The "In and out" took a long time and the rooms are as standard as they come. Everything at this place costs money, even parking so be prepared and its not cheap. I would prefer to stay at a holiday inn or something similar but I gamble and book these hotels from secondary web sites to save money. I would never pay full price unless the company was paying!

This hotel is across the street from the Orlando Convention Center and is primarily used by conference attendees. The property is huge, consisting of about 1,000 rooms, an enormous lobby and meeting areas, a restaurant, a Tapas bar, a Sushi bar and a lobby bar all within the lobby space.

Check-in is efficient and the elevators, divided into those going to lower floors and those going to higher floors, whisk its riders up to their sleeping rooms. The sleeping rooms themselves are reasonably large and should you find yourself on a higher floor, affords an excellent view of the convention center area.

The furniture is serviceable and newish, the bed quite comfortable. Noise is quite effectively dampened. The rooms are large enough that one does not feel cramped.

One oddity: the bathroom is divided into a water closet/shower and sink area. The shower has lights on one end and the shower on the other. With the shower curtain closed the shower/tub is in shadow. Not really a problem but I'm used to more light in my shower area.

This hotel does a good job of managing an enormous number of customers quickly, efficiently, and completely. I watched a Republican debate in the lobby bar and found the service to be just fine.

An excellent hotel for conference attendees who wish to be within easy walking distance of the convention center.
