Thought I might save a few bucks, the room was dirty, I felt unsafe and checked out early. I was treated like an excon, had to wait for the maid to check the room before they checked me out. I wouldnt use the shower(dirty), I wouldnt walk on the floor in my barefeet. I felt unsafe, police called, doors kicked in.

Plus site, always found parking, internet worked in the room but really slow, good selection of TV channels. It made me feel like a piece of sh-t staying in a place like this. Many many long term residents, I met one who was there 5 years.

Sleep in your car, you will have more self respect

Oh yes, cockaroaches in the room and not convenient
Swimming pool was dirty, hot tub filled in with dirt and I would be afraid to sit out by the pool

This hotel is close to Downtown Orlando,Malls,and Disney Attractions. It is a good value for an EXTENDED STAY. I stayed there three weeks. Very cnvienient. David Kane (stayed there from11/29/08-12/20/08)

I have been an extended stay resident at Home Suite Home Co lonial Dr. for 10 months.The staff are polite,courtious,and efficient. Housekeeping once washed all my linens after I was sick from a nasty flu virus.(if your here weekly housekeeping is once a week)I thought they beyond their normal duties. Front desk staff helped me get connected to internet when I had problems.I especially like the ceramic floor tiles due some allergies I have.Security is tremendous,they are on 7pm to 7am constantly walking the property.I once was cooking a hamburger that smoked up my room and left my door open,security walked by to make sure everything was OK,I was impressed.The hotel is convienant to grocery stores,fast food restarants,and shopping malls.I am able to do laundry right here on the property,they are clean and well kept.If your looking for an affordable,clean,centrally located extended stay hotel Home Suite Home Colonial Dr. is worth checking out.
