All I have to say about the rooms at this resort is WOW! The 2 bedroom we stayed in was beautiful! Granite and tile through out, beautiful furniture, comfy beds and flat screen TV's in every room. There is a full kitchen and a washer & dryer to boot. It is only 5 minutes from Disney and even closer to the outlets. We have stayed at Disney's vacation clubs before and this place is just as nice but MUCH cheaper. The only caveat is that they try and suck you into going to their timeshare presentation by offering free breakfast and outlet coupons at check in. Even if though we said no they still called our room.

We stayed five nights this week using our Starwood Gold points (10,000 per night) which was a good deal considering the size of the condo. We've always stayed down the road at Sheraton Safari but changed our reservations because of their ongoing construction. This was a great decision because we will definitely stay here on any future Orlando trips. The condos are nicely furnished with flat screen tv's etc and the master bedroom was huge with a large jacuzzi tub. Our rate received daily housekeeping service which was nice.

The number of phone calls was absolutely crazy...at least 3 each day with the time share call coming at 8:01 am every morning. This wasn't a problem for us because we simply unplugged the phones each day and used cellphones to avoid the calls. We also didn't pick up the welcome package so we dodged the bullet there as well.

The only complaint we had was the interconnecting door between units. This is a BIG problem because the noise travels straight through the door as if it wasn't there at all. We had to listen to a screaming, whining child and their parents every day and night for our entire stay. The child sounded as if he were sitting on my kitchen counter. This is not an exaggeration. I could hear every word they said while they were in their condo. I tried stuffing towels under and around the cracks of the door but this didn't muffle the noise at all. I eventually resorted to running the loud washing machine and dryer when the child started screaming to help block the noise. Luckily we didn't have anyone above us. We were in the Lakes Building 9, unit 1943.

What a pleasant surprise! Having visited Orlando a couple of times before, this is by far the best accommodations we've had.

Location wise, it's very convenient and everything is within 10-15 min drive - Disney, Universal Studio, two outlet malls, a wide range of restaurants, Walmart, Starbucks...etc.

The top requirement for us has always been cleanliness and this resort has met our expectations and more. As part of our package, the unit was kept in great shape everyday without extra charge. Even watermarks on the stove were cleaned off daily!

The kitchenette is fully equipped - a stove, dishwasher (full complements of plates / cutlery) oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, even a toaster and a blender! Ideal for family stay.

Despite the close proximity of the units, you can't hear your neighbours. The water pressure of the shower is not affected by others unlike a hotel.

Plenty of free offers which unfortunately our schedule did not allow us to take advantage. We did get approached three times about some sort of sales talk, once in person and two phone messages. That's to be expected and can easily be ignored.

Has a market in the same complex where one can buy fresh produce and other products. On one the days, there was a mini flea market in the parking lot. Made a mistake of not checking where the in-house foodcourt is located before ordering takeout. It's at 'the other' complex.

Had 5-day free Wifi internet as part of the deal.

Would definitely come back if traveling with the family.

We finally payed a visit to this resort. It has been on my "want to stay list" for many years. We were not disappointed at all. On arrival check in was smooth and the staff was very polite. We booked off one of the big travel websites and got a wonderful rate which was why we were able to stay. The owners who do not use their timeshares offer them up through the travel sites so they may be tricky to find. We had a 1 bedroom villa which was laid out like a typical hotel room with all of the nice modern up grades. When entering through the door you are met with a combo full equipped kitchen with appliances, living and dining area. The furnishings were nice with a queen sleeper sofa and a 32" flat screen t.v. This was perfect for our two boys. There is also a washer/dryer stacked in a closet which was very convient for our 4 day stay. The bathroom had a jacuzzi tub/ shower with 2 entrances. The bedroom had a very comfortable king bed with upgraded linens and comforter as well as a nice view of a pond from the screened in patio off the bedroom. The grounds were very nice and well maintained. There was also nice store on site which had a full deli, Starbucks coffee , various sundries, toiletries, gifts, wine, beer and even liquor as well as many other items including a full service deli that carries Boarshead product. Prices were fair for some items and high for others. A very nice on property convienence none the less. The property has 7 pools and jacuzzi spas, bike rentals, resteraunt, pool side bars and plenty to do day or night including pool side movie at night. I have stayed at other 4 star resorts in Orlando and Sheraton did not let me down and exceeded my expectations. The only mistake we made was to go through a 90 min. time share presentation. I will say that their was absoulutely no pressure by the staff to attend and we only went on a whim because we had extra time. Their was no high pressure sales person like we have encountered in the past with other presentations we have attended and we really enjoyed the representative and when we decided this was not for us at this time we all left with smiles. One item to consider if you want room service. It is not included in the price on the travel sites and it is clearly mentioned. You can have your room cleaned but it costs $35.00 if you want that service. A must visit if you are planning a stay near the Disney theme parks. We will return this spring
