This may be an older style of Residence Inn, but it was very comfortable -- nice kitchen/work area, good bed and roomy living area. I stayed in a regular room on the ground level and had no problems at all.

Stayed in the penthouse suite which is a 2 story room, a full kitchen & a 2/2. The older style Residence Inn , but kept up. Only a few minutes from Sea World.

As other reviewers have noted, this property is badly in need of updating - the place is just showing significant wear and tear. Also, given that we were checking in on New Year's Eve and had reservations, our room was not ready at 4:00 when we arrived, and we weren't the only ones waiting. The front desk staff wasn't rude, but they weren't apologetic either. This property is not as close to Disney World as I'd thought (that part is my fault for not researching better), but it's in the theme park capitol of the world and hospitality is their service. They weren't very hospitable.
So, outlets didn't work, alarm radio was nonfunctional, fold out bed was lumpy and worn. Showerhead was worn out. Cleanliness was just OK. The floor plan of the "penthouse loft" is OK, just know that the loft bedroom is open to the living room. There are no elevators to the upper units.

Hotel is very well located, close to all the Orlando attractions (International Dr in walking distance). However I think it could be better maintained. I don't know whether it was a result of really busy period (around Christmas), but rooms were not serviced very well. First day we didn't have towels in our room at all. Next days, it happened that they brought less towels that we needed (we stayed 7 people in the suite).

Breakfast area was crowded everyday. Probably again the result of really busy season.

I would recommend this hotel to the cost conscious travelers, however don't expect a lot of luxury in there (actually not at all).
