We spent 2 nights at this hotel, having just walked in with no reservation. The hotel consists of several buildings, each with its own entrances. It has an Applebees restaurant on the premises which we found very convenient.
The room was large and well equipped, with refrigerator and microwave, plus free wifi. Total cost of the room with all fees was $100, which we felt was good value. My only complaint was the thin walls which let us hear the couple in the next room shouting at one another, and the noisy room air conditioner unit.

If you're looking for an alternative to staying off the Disney property, this isn't the place for you. I bid this hotel off of priceline thinking I was paying one price, only to have to pay an additional $12 for resort fees. Resort amenities, by the way we did not use. The complimentary shuttle doesn't offer flexibility to come and go back from the parks. You are restricted to a few pickup/drop off times. It gave me anxiety to think I would miss my shuttle back to the hotel and have no way back for hours! On the plus side, the room was clean and it served it's purpose. I won't go back though.

This is also a great place to stay for checking in for the Disney College Program. It is right by the Vista Way the check-in location, and just around the corner from the other three Disney apartment complexes. They give a substantial discount to program participants.

Downtown Disney and the Orlando Premium Outlets- Vineland, are easy 5 minute drives down the street. Several restaurants are within walking distance.

The pool is beautiful, the room was clean, and the parking was convenient. I saw the security guard three times either walking around the parking lot, or the hotel- that was comforting. My daughter had several, heavy bags, and the bellman was great about it.

Just the hotel we needed!

I only got to stay at this hotel for one night but from what I could see it was fine. The room was very large and had a great shower with good water pressure. The room also had a mini fridge and a microwave. The room and hotel in general were clean and well maintained. I did visit the pool while I was there and it was very warm and accomodating. It would be a good hotel for families. I also visited the hot tubs and they were not working properly. The water was not very hot and I couldn't get the jets to work properly.
The area of the hotel was great. There were several restaurants down the street including a Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts on the property next door. Downtown Disney was a 2 minute car drive or a 25 minute walk from the hotel. I was there because my wife was on a business trip for a conference there but if I was visiting with my family and kids I would consider staying there due to it's proximity to the Disney parks as well as the pricing.
