We were in need of a place to stay while attending a wedding in Orange Park and were highly satisfied with this Holiday Inn. I believe the property is only 4 years old and it shows from the updated design of the lobby area, very modern and attractive, to the rooms with the 40" flat screen TV, extra large size shower, and very comfortable beds with choice of pillows. Loved the fact that the bedding had a slight, very slight smell of bleach which made me feel better about the cleanliness factor of this room. Smelled great when we walked in, just an overall great accomodation. The ONLY negative comment I have to make is of no fault of the hotel, however, it did make for an uncomfortable few hours. Apparently the guests in the room next door were having some sort of intimate (?) time that went on for hours, very loud that you could hear so clearly through the walls. After the third hour (midnight), we called to request a room change and within 10 minutes, security was at our door to accompany us to a much quieter (and larger) room down the hall. Aside from this bizarre situation, the hotel was perfect and I would say their handling of this situation was A-plus!
