I like to stay here when I visit the Tampa Bay area. The hotel is very easy to find and convenient for me. The rooms are reasonably priced and very nice. The hotel doesn't have any great views, but it is nice and quiet.

I admit I have been spoiled by the new look of some Courtyard hotels. Availability of a bar, decent breakfasts (even though slowly served) makes going to one a "less than" experience. I prefer to stay closer to the airport and the great shopping, restaurants in Tampa, Oldsmar is out of the way, in a not so great area, and the hotel so just so-so. My heating/air unit did not keep the room cool, was too noisy for something not working, wish I had paid more for better sleeping.

The staff is friendly, and helpful, hope everything gets upgraded soon.

Very convenient, as it is only about 12 traffic free miles to TPA. Plenty on restaurants within walking distance. Newer style Courtyard. Very well maintained, quiet. Very helpful staff. Very nice area of North Tampa.

This property shares a parking lot with the Residence Inn, another hotel in the Marriott family. We have staid at both and definetly prefer the Residence for its room size and free breakfast.

That said, this property will satisfy for budget minded people traveling in the Oldsmar area. If you want, Courtyard does serve breakfast but you pay for it. Alternatively, you could do as we did and eat at Eggstyle, which is a very good--all be it expensive-- breakfast place across the parking lot.

We will be back if the price is right....otherwise we will be acress the parking lot.
