I booked my 4 night stay with Expedia and then call the place myself to explain I had 4 adults and 2 young children. I wanted 2 rooms side by side. Didn't happen! The rooms were 4 rooms away! When I wanted to get rooms next to each other they said we are really busy and fairly full. They didn't seem that busy to us! The desk staff were not friendly at all. The girls had white socks on and within 1/2 hour the soles were black. I washed my feet off and the wash cloth was black. My husband went to the "breakfast" at 0905 and everything was closed up tight but was supposed to be open until 0930. Also all the ice machines didn't work either. Very, very dirty and only good thing was the maid she was very nice.

My wife and I were traveling back home after spending christmas with my child in Florida. We arrived at 3AM in the morning,it took the clerk awhile to get woke up. we entered the room to find roaches in the bathroom. the Bathtub looked awful, but we just wanted sleep and not a bath. My wife could not sleep well from fear of roaches crawling on her. While getting ready to leave, I noticed the previous guests door lock cards were still on the night stand. I took them with me when i went to checkout(trying to make a point.) The desk clerk acted it is was no big deal.

We stayed at the Travelodge and found that the Hotel and it rooms are a good deal and provide better rooms then many higher priced hotel arround. It is not a 3 star property but don't claim to be. Good deal, average staff, good breakfast.

This motel is disgusting. The original room they reserved for me smelled like toxic mold, so I was given another room. The second room could not receive a WiFi signal so I asked to be moved to a room closer to the office so I could use my laptop. When I settled down into my third room the next evening I found cockroaches crawling on the walls, the bathtub, the tabletops, and finally across the pillow on the bed where I was sitting. I brought a dead cockroach that I smashed with my shoe down to the front office and they were unapologetic and fairly unsurprised. The manager refused to speak with me, and they refused to refund me or discount my one and a half nights stay - they charged me for 2 full nights. By the time it was all resolved several hours later I was looking for a new hotel room at 11pm. Do not stay here.
