I paid for a room we were on our way to Disney. My daughter came in after midnight and turned the lights on I was in bed. There were Bed Bugs crawling all over the bed. We caught some of them and I went down to the front desk. Not only was the guy rude and ugly about it he refused to refund my money back. He moved us to another room 2 doors down. We couldn't sleep for fear of the bed bugs biting us. Please don't stay here!!!

Room was nice, bed and pillows very comfortable. Pool was great. Price was great. It would have been nice to see smiling faces or be spoken to. With the exception of the lady in the breakfast room, and the young lady who checked us in, no one was nice. Everyone there seemed to hate their job and took it out on the guests.

I travel to Ocala 9 or 10 times a year,I stayed at your hotel mar 4/5/6/2011out early 3/7/2011,there was a $60.00 charge om my master card for incidentials. i charged nothing, i was told the credit would be given back to my card in 5 to 7 day,today is 3/15/2011. still no credit. i will never stay at your hotel again and none of my employees.poor experience

I came here for the HITS horse show for a total 16 day stay. Slight misunderstanding about room sizes and amenities could well have been on my end. I expected a big enough room for a longer stay with microwave and refrigerator, but to guarantee that type of room would have been 25% more money. My room was quite small, but clean, comfortable and safe. Staff was friendly. Close to I-75, so not entirely quiet, but not too distracting. Close to town and restaurants. I elected to move to another hotel more suitable for an extended stay. Apparently the hotel is planning a renovation this spring which will change the room configurations and add suites, so this info may outdate quickly.
