Do not stay at this hotel! Our room was very dirty. It had popcorn and sunflower seeds on the floor when we arrived, there was a very large dead bug on the bathroom floor, the toilet was dirty, the complimentary shampoo and conditioner were almost empty and we had only 2 towels for 4 people (they did bring extra when I called, but why should I have to call?)

In Room 138 Both chair arms were torn, the otterman was soiled, the AC grill was missing the bathroom had a dirty towel on the flooor. We asked to be moved to another room and the desk clerk said "if you are going to be picking this isn't the hotel for you." We were tired so we took room 140 it was in alot better shape. We went to the breakfast there at 7:45 am on 3/21/11 and they didn't have any fruit or syrup for the pancakes. The pictures were identical for the lobby and the breakfast area but the pictures for the rooms were not what the the rooms look like.

My wife and I needed to be in Ocala for "Family Business" and as always we stayed at Ramada. Mark took care of dinner and drinks Sat. evening after a smooth check-in by Odell. Bkfst Sunday was fine and we got to our tasks. Housekeeping, as always was sensitive to our needs and performed, as usual, impeccably.
Thank you ALL for making our stay smooth and easy as ever.
We departed Tuesday,Noonish after settling up.
