We booked 2 nights here in may 2011 during our 2 week trip trough Florida. Can't say anything negative about this place. Staff was friendly and helped us out on things to see and to do in the area. Perfectly located, 10 minute drive to Silver Springs theme park and Ocala national forest and there are enough restaurants to eat near the hotel. Very clean and comfortable room on ground level. Breakfast area is large so enough place to sit and eat. The area around the motel looks nice and well organized. We didnt use the pool but people who did looked happy. Hope to come back someday!

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Stayed here for 2 days, it was very relaxing.

$50 per night is cheao, but not when your car is broken into and the cost/damage exceeds $500. Avod this hotel and the entire area. Too mch crime.

My husband and I frequent the area often for kayaking and diving, and have stayed in many of the hotels/motels in the area and favor this one the most. Staff is friendly and rooms are recently renovated and very clean. Beds are comfortable and they provide plenty of pillows (we always get a king room). The rates are reasonable and they have a decent breakfast in the morning. Location is great, close to I-75 but we have never heard the traffic noise. Plenty of parking. Room entry is an inside hallway, and while I have heard loud TV's in the hallways, I never hear it in my room. For dinner, we like to drive 10 minutes to the Logan's Roadhouse and have a great steak.
