Rooms have many problems and not always rectified. Bed not made up one day. Toiletries not always replenished. Breakfast buffet service very poor. Usually some items not available and staff very slow to replenish. Seems to be dog friendly hotel with plenty around even at breakfast buffet. Doggy smell in rooms. Not the normal Michigan standard.

Have stayed in this hotel many times in the past and always felt it was very nice for the money. Something has happened to change this, the housekeeping and maintenance is no longer up to par. Our room had a bad odor that did not improve much with the air freshner that I requested. Three gentlemen at the front desk were all sleeping in dark room adjacent to desk during the breakfast and checkout in the a.m. I had to knock on the desk for service and wait for an appearance. Sofa in the lobby was disgustingly dirty.

Nice, clean hotel, stayed here after going to UF game. First hotel I've stayed in that did not have ESPN and their wireless Internet was down. Otherwise good motel for the price on a football weekend
