This place has very limited property. The units are tiny and the pool/hot tub were small and out of commission due to sea wall construction that we were not informed of till we discovered it for ourselves. We refused to stay there as there was NO RESORT AMMENITIES. Even if the pool had been usable the property and units would be claustraphobic. We ended up spending more money to save our vacation from being a disaster, Don't stay here unless you only need a bed to sleep in, and plan on doing long day trips...everyday

Ocean Sands is a small oceanfront complex. All the units are 2BR/2BA with nicely equipped full kitchens, units have been just recently renovated. The grounds are nicely maintained and the pool and hot tub are great. The ocean/beach are just steps away from the complex. I stayed in a unit that had a lovely oceanview from my balcony and overlooked the pool which was great when you have kids. The resort offers activities through it's management company which are held at other locations, this is nice because it gives you the opportunity to see other resorts. If you are looking for a quiet beach vacation Ocean Sands is the place to be. Conviently located a short drive from Orlando, Daytona, St. Augustine and Kennedy Space Center.
