We only stayed one night, but it was such a great experience! The staff was incredibly helpful, the rooms were great and the property was beautiful! We enjoyed waking up, having breakfast, and sitting on the dock watching the dolphins and other marine animals pass us by. We slept in the Dolphin Domain room with the wrap around porch room and great view. The breakfast we great. I'm not typically a fan of french toast, but it was delicious! We are very much looking forward to our next stay!

What a gorgeous setting for a B&B! A beautiful room with a tremendous view and waterfront dock across the street!
However, the breakfast was sparse and average at best.
They could also use some better sheets and pillows!
We would stay again just because of the beautiful surroundings!
Make sure to eat dinner at That's Amore and Garlics! Both are incredible!

Our stay at the Night Swan B&B was just what we needed- a peaceful weekend in a beautiful setting with great hospitality and delicious food!! The morning breakfast staff are wonderful cooks and shared their recipes with me each day.
The upstairs River Breeze room with our own private balcony was so welcoming after our days of exploring the beaches, Canal and Flagler street shops and the quiet neighborhoods surrounding the B&B. We can't wait to return- maybe next time for one of the "Cruise In" Car Show along Canal Street.
New Smyrna Beach and the Night Swan B&B are now at the top of our list for long weekend getaways!

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed there. This is very relaxing place. We ate there once for breakfast and it was delicious!! As we have family there we have not eaten there again. But, we know people who have and found it delicious. And, most of all they enjoyed coffee on their balcony watching the boats and dolphins.
