We chose this location based on their website and Trip Advisor, for our full Naples stay of 6 nights. The rate was $169 although the very nice desk clerk reduced it by 10% as most people have coupons. We were somewhat surprised that this is essentially an old motel-style accomodation without much 'charm factor' rather than a B&B or Inn, also much smaller than it appears on the website (grounds, room, pool) and on a busy highway.
On the plus side, it was clean, well-kept, friendly, quiet and near to downtown. On the other hand (in comparison to some reviews), our room did not have a screened porch or four poster bed or special decorating or kitchen although it had a mini fridge and microwave. It did have two chairs and table by the door, although they were within 10 feet of the door to the public washroom, bikes for rent and, along one side, the parking lot. (Other rooms must be better).
The breakfast was very basic. Many budget chains provide a better breakfast plus bigger and newer rooms for less money. Parking is available downtown (no meters) and although we walked, this was not a huge plus. This place is ok for a short stay but not a 'destination' in our opinion.
For value for the price, we were feeling somewhat down and after 3 nights decided to treat ourselves to a better hotel and went to the Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club. For the walk-in rate of $229, the difference was stupendous (see review). If you can afford it, highly recommend a move to the beach !
