Trianon Old NAples is a very clean ,friendly,Hotel.Staffmembers very helpfull

Upscale boutique hotel in Old Naples; Central Location to all of Naples & within a 2 minute walk to 5th Avenue; sophisticated internation clientele; 7th consecutive "season" stay at the Hotel; Staff overdelivers. I look forward to returning next year in Feb 2012 !

Overall pleasant and clean. Great location, ideal to get an idea of Old Naples, but note that the beaches are quite distant.
The staff looked cold and not very helpful, the breakfast hall is not big enough when the hotel is full, we had to wait 15 minutes before getting a table. In addition, there are no waiters, you have to clean the table by yourself... weird for a 4 stars hotel.
Rooms are spacious and clean. There is a pool but it is small and didn't look well maintained. All in all, I would recommend it, but only for 1 /2 nights and do not expect anything extraordinary.

Visited this place for 4 nights in January. It is nicely placed just couple small blocks from 5th. avenues shops and restaurants. Walk to beach, walk to restaurants, here you don't need a car.

Rooms are good sized, comfortable beds, although tv;s should be replaced at least flat screens.
A/C is old style wall mounted, little noisy in my humble opinion.

Breakfast was included which was nice. Everyone greeted us with a smile and very nice attitude. This place is worth for your hard earned buck.
