We didn't book early, The Hilton down the road are full. So We ended up in this hotel which was more expensive than the nice Hilton. The front door looked old. The building has low ceilings, I could touch it in the hallway.(I'm only 5'4"). The breakfest was below average, not so good eggs. The maid services was very slow, the room was cleaned by 1:30PM everyday. The drain stopper in the tub wouldn't stay up, I had to put a paper cup there. I didn't report neither did the maid. I was at the front desk to ask a question, The lady just minded her paperwork and didn't raise her head for a long time. We'll try a different hotel next time in town.

When I walked in I thought the hotel was closed as it is a total building site. Basically wires everywhere, stripped walls and carpets. Very off putting. However it was still open!! Rooms upstairs are ok shame toilet was dirty. I was too tired to complain and did not fancy going into the building site again!!

Lobby and first floor guest room are under construction. Access to hotel through side doors only. B'fast served in guest rooms since lobby is blocked off. Almost spilled my coffee on someone when I was bumped from behind in small, cramped quarters.
Lightbulbs in guest rooms are fluorescent making the room uncomfortable and uninviting. Comforter was old and lumpy like it was put in the dryer too many times.
Loud too. Could hear our neighbor's every noise in the bathroom and bedroom.

Dana was terific in dealing with my unfortunate situation.I was supposed to check in on fri. couldn't because a medical situation arose with my wife. She expressed deep concern and was very accomodating. The next day we were able to check in and we continued to receive outstanding customer service with that million dollar smile.
