“Superb Place”

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a week in October, we found the apartments large and very clean. The staff were friendly , especially the maint guy who took time to advise us of nice eateries in the resort. The bikes were a free to use , the pool area excellent , and the welcome warm. My only negative point (and it's a small one) , the shower heads in our room were more like jets than a shower.. apart from this , the apartments were fantastic.

Room Tip: I would go for the lower number blocks , as these are closer to the pool area.

“Nice place!”

This is a very nice place and its at a great location. Very close to the beach and walking distance to 5th Ave restaurants in Naples. A word of warning about parking at the beach in Naples: all the spots at the end of the streets are permit parking only and there are no signs and they will ticket you... its a cheesey way to get money from unsuspecting tourists visiting Naples... use only the metered parking or the Naples beach patrol will get you for $32 , its a very sleazy thing that Naples does to tourists and it is shameful! But the Charter resort is super nice !

stayed here for 4 nights late august. Excellent location, walking distance to 5th ave , tin city, and beach(about 10 min). Condo very clean and comfortable beds. Pool over looking bay very clean, can rent bikes, fishing rods, beach towels, dvd's all free of charge on site. Plenty of shopping malls within short driving distance. If you havnt tried the cheesecake factory (restaurant) its a must and just s short drive at one of the malls. Sorry carnt remember the name but ask in front lobby, we found them very helpful and informative. excellent stay.

“Beautiful hotel and lots of space”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 September 2011

After staying in Orlando for 5 nights, we decided to visit Naples for more of a relaxing holiday after the parks, and we found this hotel and this location to be exactly what we wanted.
My parents found this hotel at a very good deal, and they were attracted to it, as it has the two bedrooms and bathrooms which was ideal for our family situation with two older teenage girls.
We found the condo to have a lot of space which was ideal as there was a large living room and kitchen space and the bedrooms also had a lot of room too with lots of storage space, The one thing which we were very impressed with about our condo was the view we had and we had such a large balcony to look at it from. We had a view overlooking the bay, and on the balcony we could even relax on a sun lounger which we found very useful.
When we arrived we did have a few issues with the rooms meaning we did need to change a couple of times. However, the staff were very helpful and efficient with dealing this matter and we could not fault their attitude with us. As we had been caused this trouble we even got a week's worth of free wi-fi which we were very happy with.
The pool area is absolutely gorgeous, as it is not too big, and it overlooks the gorgeous bay area. The main pool is heated which is lovely, and there was a jacuzzi which was also very nice. There were plenty of chairs and sun loungers every day and the food from the pool bar looked lovely, even though we did not have any ourselves from there.
They offer many complimentary services which were very good, e.g. they offered a free bike hire service, and DVD hire service.
One issue that we did find with the hotel is the fact that there are no lifts meaning if you are on the top floor (3rd floor) you can only access it by using stairs which could be an issue for some people with carrying a case up that many stairs. However, it was very manageable for us, we were on the second floor.
It is in a perfect location as it is not too far from the beach, shopping centres and restaurants. It is a gorgeous hotel and we are looking to return next year as we enjoyed it so much. :)

Room Tip: Rooms in blocks 1, 2 and 3 have a lovely view of the bay area

“Quiet and relaxing location on Naples Bay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 June 2011

I thought this place was going to be dated, but furniture looked contemporary and the personnel do a great job of cleaning the place. Very clean condo and no cleaning fee!!! This place was perfect for our small family of three. Would have been enough for a family of 6 or more, but the limit is 6 people per condo. Enough space to move about and relax for us at the wonderful price we paid. There is a public park across from the resort where a lot of boaters launch their craft. It was nice because there is a playground where we would take our son to play a couple of evenings.

This place is very close to Tin City and 5th Avenue. A bearable and short walk, which we did. This place is also comfortable enough to rent one of the free bikes and bike around, but too hot to do so during the day. The bad thing is you have to turn in the bikes by 5:30 pm, and the best time to bike would be during the evenings around 8 pm when it's not as humid/hot. Walking to the beach was too far and unbearable so we just drove there and used the parking meters and brought coins. We probably paid $8 in quarters. Not bad considering we got a very good deal on this hotel from expedia. I have one more week of vacation to go this year so I wanted to be thrifty for this trip. Not likely to come to Naples again, but this is a very clean resort with beautiful views of the bay. It's exactly on 10 th avenue and 10 th road so easy for us to spot as it is a beautiful bright yellow building. 5th Avenue was pretty with its high end shops and restaurants, but it seemed to cater to an older crowd so we didn't really shop or peruse this area. The houses all along the avenues were so big, beautiful, and classy. Loved looking at the different styles and colors of these beach homes. The water in the beaches of Naples is clear and from afar a light blue-green. Very pretty, warm, shallow, and calm waters for our 3 year old. Was worried about too many shells, but June is off season for the myriads of shells I suppose they get in the early spring.

I give the property 4 stars because it's very attractive and clean, and the location is close enough to walk for shopping and dining out. A super plus for not having to pay for parking, daily maid tips, or a cleaning resort fee. The city of Naples is classy and pretty, but you would definitely need a car to drive out to the malls, which weren't interesting or the Naples Zoo, which was a small beautiful zoo for tots.
