Excellant from start to finish ..we had a room over looking the bay and the views were amazing the rooms were 5* ....the staff really friendly ....pool was small but adequate

Very good value and great location for enjoying Naples. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the many fine 5th Avenue restaurants and shops. The service at the hotel was good and the rooms very decent but not outstanding. But I would stay there again...

We just spent a week at the Bayfront... wish it had been even longer. From the minute we checked in our stay was very comfortable and smooth. The staff was very kind and pleasant. The room was so clean and decorated beautifully. The housekeeping staff was there everyday like clockwork to ensure the room was perfect and it was! The view was absolutely gorgeous, the kids got to watch dolphins in the bay even from our window! The beds were cozy & the shower was fantastic as other people have also commented. The location is ideal, close to all shopping and fine restaurants, Naples, Zoo, Tin City, sightseeing cruises from the bay maraina, you name it. The pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable in temperature. How nice that the Bayfront also supplies beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels for the family to enjoy the beaches. We always had a great parking spot for our rental car in the garage as well. I will return with my family for sure. I could go on and on. What a gem of a hotel. Thank you!

My husband & I stayed at this hotel for one night before meeting up with my family across town. The hotel was clean (except the hairdryer which was sticky) & the staff was friendly. We paid extra for the "luxury" room on the top floor and I think that was worth the extra ~$20 for the view. The bed was very comfortable & the pillows were nice. I would compare this to a Radisson type hotel. It is too bad they didn't build decks/lanais onto the rooms because that would have been a really nice addition. The hotel is on the corner of two fairly busy roads, but the traffic noise did not bother me when the windows were closed.

If you do stay on the bay side of the hotel (above the bar) make sure to turn your TV's volume down before you go to sleep. When the bar was closing & turning off their TVs, our room TV came on & woke us up.
