“We had a great time!!”

Stayed here in July 2006. Our family of four loved it. The units were two bedroom two baths on either the gulf or the harbour. We were put on the harbour and it was very nice. The porch was screened in and there was usually a nice breeze. The resort has two very nice size pools and hot-tubs. We went during the off-season, so we had the pool to ourselves several times. They were about to open their new boat docks and rent pontoon boats very reasonably. We caught fish right off the docks! There was a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. We had a great time.

“Use Caution”

The Regatta can be a wonderful vacation experience, however, travelers with high standards shoul be forewarned. Because of the amount of use these units get from rentors, some of the units are showing wear and tear. If stained bedspreads, carpet and broken furniture are offensive to you, steer clear of unit 1-1001. It used to be our favorite unit due to the spectacular gulf view, but during our last visit, we were turned off by the condition of the unit.

Additionally, do not consider using Premier Properties as the rental agency. They are extremely rude and unappreciative of the rental business. My husband and I were charged an additional fee for problems with the unit that we documented and complained about on the day we checked in. We are going to use extreme caution when renting a Regatta condo in the future.

“Peaceful regatta”

We spent 2 lovely weeks at the Regatta at the beginning of December 2005. The condo was beautiful, as the owner is a designer & it showed. The Resort itself was very quiet & I think we were the only people in our block. The grounds were well kept & most of the hurricane damage had been cleared away. always plenty of chairs around the pool, as very few guests. The gym looked to be good, but we didn't try. There wasn't any food service around pool, as it was off season. Weather was beautiful, mainly in the mid to upper 70's. It took about 5 minutes to walk to the beautiful beach & we really enjoyed strolling along the beach morning & evening, when you could often spot dolphins. Publix was a 3 minute drive in the car & there were also shops & restaurants nearby. The main shopping malls were about a 10 - 15 minute drive.
All in all it was a good holiday.

“loved it”

We just spent 2 delightful weeks at the Ragatta and loved it! We have stayed at lots of hotels and condos in Naples over the years, and this location and price was one of the best! We especially liked the pool which was great for toddlers as they could just walk in! Our unit was immaculate and the views over the bay were beautiful. Just 1 block to the beach and close to shopping--it can't be beat. If you have kids you might want to rent the mid rises overlooking the pool as it's much more convenient than building 1 or 2. If you want a view, then you will appreciate building 1 or 2. One word of caution: There are at least 2 good size alligators that sun themselves on the rocks where the boats are docked (there are warning signs posted) so I would keep a safe distance. Other than the gators it was paradise!

“You can't beat Regatta”

Where else can you stay and use the same beach as the Ritz Carlton for half the price? We rented a unit with a Gulf view which we thought was better than the bay view. The amenities are great, we had our own pool on level two for our building that had no kids. The families used the other pool on the complex which had water falls and slides. Our unit was greatly appointed with all amenites from DVDs to electirc juicers.
This location is super and is a don't miss.
