“Location, cleanliness and pool...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 26 January 2012

Great location. Minutes from the popular Vanderbilt Beach and a short car ride to many excellent restaurants. Gorgeous pool, which was quite busy in December.

I'd stay here again. I really enjoyed my time here. The units are all individually owned so the suitability, cleanliness etc will depend on what you pick. We worked with Caron at South Bay Realty, when we selected and made arrangements for the unit we rented. I'd recommend dealing with her, she was helpful Nd went the extra mile for our family.

Look forward to returning to this rental in the futur

“Really lovely. Excellent.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 January 2012

We stayed in Regatta II, Unit 405. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. This was really lovely, and the owners were easy to work with.
1. Location: Two short blocks from the beach - we walked to it and watched the sun set every night. One block from the Ritz Carlton (hello, delicious restaurants!). Starbucks is 1.5 miles away. McCormick and Schmick's and the Capital Grille are 1-2 miles away. The Publix grocery store is less than a mile away. I felt like the location was ideal.

2. Our condo amenities: three bedrooms with three bathrooms. The master bedroom and bathroom are quite large! The other rooms aren't small either. Comfortable beds, reasonably large closet, big windows. A kitchen big enough for two or three people to work on a meal together while other guests sit at the bar looking into the kitchen, and the kitchen was well stocked (coffee pot and filters, toaster, blender, microwave, electric range and oven, big fridge, cookie sheets, dishes, pots, pans, utensils for the kitchen and the two huge gas grills by the pool). Open family room and dining area which could hold easily eight at the dining room table and another 6-10 in the family room, even if you like to have your personal space. Washer and dryer in the unit. Beach towels. Patio off the family room and master bedroom with table and chairs for four.

3. Property amenities: Several nights we picked up some fresh seafood at Randy's Fish Market a few miles down the road and came back to the property to grill it for dinner. The pool on the property had plenty of deck chairs, space, and was really nice! The workout facility on the property has treadmills, ellipticals, a weight-lifting "bow-flex" type system, free weights and two benches.

4. Parking: not a problem. We had plenty. It's a gated entry, so you'll need a parking pass, but they give it to you on the first day of your stay.
Highly recommend this place! Really enjoyed it!

“Great location and views”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 26 November 2010

For a full week or longer vacation, we always prefer to rent a home or condo. We stayed at Regatta in November for a week, and can enthusiastically recommend it. Our Unit 403 was between the lagoon pool and canal. The spacious balcony provided a great view of the canal area facing north, which avoided any direct sun shining onto the balcony. The pool was beautiful, clean and never crowded (although it was off season). We had 3 bedrooms, a full open kitchen, and 3 flat screen TV's (although they were not hooked up to an HDTV feed), Internet access was high speed cable, and hopefully the owner will add wireless soon. Every unit has assigned parking, so there should never be a problem finding a spot.

Regatta is about 3 blocks from Vanderbilt beach, which is a nice walk. At the beach a vendor rents chairs and sells drinks and snacks. A convenience store was being readied to open halfway between the condo and beach. There is a Japanese restaurant and seafood shack in walking distance.
Tip: Pick up a Paradise Coast coupon book at a visitors center. There are discounts for several good restaurants, and a 2 for 1 chair rental coupon for the Vanderbilt Beach concession.

“had everything”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 September 2009

We stayed here over the Labor Day weekend. Naples was quieter than some areas I've been at this time of year, but I loved it!!!

We were in building 2, unit 806 and it was an end unit so very bright. We had tons of space. What I really liked is you had both a view of the beautiful bay and the gulf (8th floor). The watefall pool is very nice but my husband and I ended up in the lap pool right on the bay. Sweet.

We didn't have time, but there is a place close by to rent boats. 1/2 block away. Also, one of our top treats was walking to the Ritz for gelato.

Our unit was very nice. I don't know about the others, but the place is kept up very nicely.
