I attend an annual conference here and for two years running I have been overcharged, for that reason I am knocking them down to terrible on the ratings. Check your statements CAREFULLY on this past trip I was overcharged, get this...$2,300!! From reading several other comments it is obvious, overcharging is their modus operandi. Also they have events here at which time the $22 valet parking becomes mandatory. I go to this place because I have to, not because I want to

Hotel is very clean, elegant and typical Ritz level. Staff very courteous. Ideal for golf, business or couples. But they need to do more for kids, families. Activities, restaurant space etc. But again a very good place for couples or business travel

As returning guests, An advance phone call secured both an early check in and room upgrades on arrival for 3 rooms. Cant have been easy as resort was very busy! Top marks to Zoey! First 2 days (31 Dec-2 Jan) were way too busy, hard to get pool/beach chairs and very frantic! Would give 5 stars but for this. Otherwise, rates were very good, and food, service and rooms were excellent!

This hotel met and exceeded our upfront expectations. No complaints at all.

Grounds and driveway is stunning. The hotel is quiet and the decoration is much better that we expected based on the pictures. We thought it would be a bit too classic for us, but in reality everything is very well balanced.

The food in the lobby restaurant was very good, affordable and server was great. Also for breakfast (we don't eat that much) the coffee corner suited our needs and again very friendly and helpfull staff.

In the evening we went to the Ritz Carlton beach resort, were we had some drinks in the beach bar. Also very nice and as guests of the Golf Resort you enjoy free valet parking at the beach resort.
Every staff member (in both the beach part as the Golf part) was helpfull and very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back next time.

Our spacious room had decent working WiFi, great decoration, good bed and pillows and everything was spotless clean.

We preferred the Golf hotel to stay since it's more quiet and relaxing and the drive to the beach resort is only 15 minutes.
