Located 20 minutes from Marco Island and 30 south of the Fort Meyers International Airport, this property is very inexpensive and includes the basics for a breakfast snack. The rooms are quiet but I do recommend a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor since the rooms on the first floor are exposed through the window in the room to the parking lot so for privacy you do not want to leave the curtain open on the first floor. The rooms are average clean for a motel. Parking, of course, is free.

Stayed here before - it is conveniently located off the interstate. Tractor trailer parking is on the street next to the hotel but it's not a big deal to walk a few feet to the back entrance. It is a pet friendly hotel and does not charge for pets so I appreciated this savings. We got a room on the first floor and found it to be clean, quiet and comfortable. It was not very expensive and for the price, the room was decent enough. There is no microwave or mini-fridge but they do offer a small coffee maker in the room. Internet was also available. They offered the usual complimentary breakfast fare in the morning and we found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. While you may have to drive to find a decent restaurant, you can be satisfied with a short walk up the street to a McDonald's and the gas station/convenience store. for something to munch on. We were pretty much happy with the place for a one-night stay.

Close to the Freeway. The hotel looks new from the outside, but the room I had was quite warn. Bathroom was dingy. The bedding was fine, but I could not shake the feeling of it being dirty everywhere else. It could have been the huge stain on the floor in the hallway that looked like a spilled milkshake. I've stayed at La Quinta's elsewhere that were in a much better condition.

I like this hotel, the staff is super friendly. The only problem I occurred was being in a non smoking room and the whole floor smelling of Marijuana.
