Stayed 2/2 thru 2/5 for 3 nites. To start off I am a very picky traveler, not many properties meet my criteria to be ranked an excellent property. I normally don't write reviews either. But this hotel is the exception. The entire property was perfect,meticulously maintained. My room, the hallways, the reception area all were in excellent shape. I was shocked I always find something that needs to be done at the properties I stay at (painting, repairs, maintenance, ect...) This place needs nothing. The staff is very friendly and helpful, free wifi, or if you do not a a wifi device they offer free use of 2 computers in the lobby and up to 10 free pages can be printed off, the free breakfast was very good, parking was never an issue always a spot open. The location is not downtown or on the beach but it is only a 5 minute drive to either. It is an excellent value for what you are getting. I believe this is nicer and definitely cleaner than the big chain hotels. All of the high ranked reviews on trip advisor you are reading are all true and well deserved. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

In planning a long weekend, I was concerned when I saw most of the hotel prices in the area, and this worked out well for me. I greatly enjoyed my stay and felt that the location and room were good value for the price. I was happy to have breakfast included, and spent a morning relaxing by the pool. Booking the Naples Princess Sunset cruise through the hotel was a plus - definitely a savings and peace of mind. The highway was a bit loud, but I balance that with the convenience of being able to get around easily. The covered parking was nice, and I liked having the fridge in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times.

The hotel was just fine for our week in Naples. Although it may be a little dated, the cleanliness and pleasant staff more than made up for it.

We arrived in Naples late at night and had stayed here before and liked it. Most of the hotels with cheaper rates were full, so we decided to spend the night here. Our room was pleasant, and bed was comfortable. Everything was in good working order. The lobby is very attractive and the girl at the desk was pleasant. There were lots of choices for the free breakfast, but because of so many people there we found it a bit congested and hard to get to the different food areas.
The price was higher than we wanted to pay, and they wouldn't accept our discount coupon, probably because of the late hour at which we arrived.
All in all, it was a very pleasant place to stay and we would probably stay here again if the price is right.
